Ingredients

    Onions
  • 2 clove 
    Garlic
  • 1/4 cup 
    Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 lb 
    Beef Top Sirloin
  • 12 oz 
    Tomato Paste, canned
  • 2 cup 
    Tomato Juice, canned
  • 2 tsp 
    Sugar, granulated
  • 2 tsp 
    Table Salt
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup 
    Red Table Wine

Directions

1. In oil, brown onion and garlic. Then, add beef and brown. Pour off excess fat.

2. Add tomato paste, tomato juice, sugar, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 3 hours. add wine and simmer another 15 minutes.
