Directions
1. In oil, brown onion and garlic. Then, add beef and brown. Pour off excess fat.2. Add tomato paste, tomato juice, sugar, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 3 hours. add wine and simmer another 15 minutes.
